Welcome to F360. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our facilities, services, and website. By purchasing a membership, booking a class, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership
1.1 Membership is granted to individuals aged [18] years or older. Members under this age require a signed parental or guardian consent form.
1.2 Membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your membership card, key fob, or login credentials with another person is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
1.3 F360 reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms.
2. Fees and Payment
2.1 Membership fees are due in accordance with the payment schedule selected at sign-up (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually).
2.2 Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.
2.3 Prices are subject to change with a minimum of [30] days' written notice to members.
2.4 All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Members may cancel their membership by providing [30] days' written notice to F360.
3.2 Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Enquiry.f360@gmail.com or in-person at either branch.
3.3 No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of a membership term, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
3.4 F360 reserves the right to terminate any membership immediately for conduct that violates these Terms, endangers others, or damages property.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 By using our facilities, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate in exercise activities and have no medical condition that would make such participation unsafe.
4.2 We strongly recommend consulting a physician before beginning any new exercise program.
4.3 Members must follow all posted safety rules, staff instructions, and equipment guidelines at all times.
4.4 Members are responsible for using equipment correctly and safely. Improper use is done at the member's own risk.
5. Assumption of Risk and Liability
5.1 Use of F360's facilities, equipment, and services carries inherent risk of injury. By becoming a member, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
5.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, F360, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the facility, except where caused by our proven negligence.
5.3 Members participate in all classes, training sessions, and use of equipment at their own risk.
6. Personal Property
6.1 F360 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings on the premises.
6.2 Lockers are provided for convenience only and should not be used to store valuables.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1 Members are expected to treat staff and other members with courtesy and respect.
7.2 Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.
7.3 Appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe footwear must be worn at all times in training areas.
7.4 Members must wipe down and re-rack equipment after use.
8. Facility Hours and Access
8.1 Operating hours are posted at the facility and on our website and are subject to change without notice.
8.2 F360 reserves the right to close the facility temporarily for maintenance, holidays, or other operational reasons.
8.3 Access to the facility may be restricted based on membership tier.
9. Classes and Personal Training
9.1 Class schedules are subject to change. F360 will make reasonable efforts to notify members of changes in advance.
9.2 Booking and cancellation policies for classes and personal training sessions are outlined separately in our booking system and are considered part of these Terms.
9.3 Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as outlined in our booking policy.
10. Photography and Media
10.1 F360 may occasionally photograph or film the facility for promotional purposes. Members who do not wish to be included should notify staff in writing.
11. Privacy
11.1 Personal information collected during membership registration is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [insert Privacy Policy link].
12. Amendments
12.1 F360 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or notice posted at the facility.
12.2 Continued use of the facility after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
